I always meant to email you after Chrmistmas to say that the black turkey we had was absolutely the most delicious bird ever! Every scrap was eaten and thoroughly enjoyed by our age range which went from 1yr old to 95years old!

Thank you for the prompt delivery of our turkey order on 16th Dec. The family much enjoyed it on the 19th Dec. It cooked well and I have not previously had such a tasty turkey. It was superb to the extent that my partner has had dripping on toast for the last week. You are to be congratulated on a fine Norfolk-black free range turkey.

Just quick e-message to say how much we all enjoyed our turkey - cooked to absolute perfection (i.e. left to 'rest' for about 3- 4 hours after cooking). Everyone remarked how good it was!
